Our company was established in 1962 with the initial name of CONSTRUCCIONES CAMPS Y BALL.LLOSERA, S.A. and subsequently renamed CONSTRUCTIONS AND REHABILITATIONS CAIBA S.A. Today, the company retains its family character and the current company is managed by the successors of the founding partners of the Camps family.

Rehabilitation and construction
Our field of work includes the rehabilitation of buildings, the construction of single-family and multi-family houses, schools, industrial buildings, banking offices, renovations of houses, façade renovation … and, in general, the construction, rehabilitation and maintenance of all types of buildings according to the demand of customers. The geographical area in which we carry out our work is provincial and, mainly, in the Gironès region.
Civil works
We carry out all the activities derived from the construction of civil works, both public and private, carrying out, as works contractors, a wide range of buildings for clients as diverse as the State, the Generalitat de Catalunya, City Councils, private entities, individuals and communities of owners.
About us
Qualified staff
We have qualified staff, with extensive experience, staff, and an extensive list of collaborators that allow us to develop a wide range of tasks in the construction sector. CONSTRUCTIONS AND REHABILITATIONS CAIBA S.A. is qualified by the Ministry of Economy and Finance in the Official Register of Classified Companies as State Contractors. Included in a large number of groups, we especially emphasize our presence in the group K-7, “Restoration of historic-artistic real estate.”
